PRODUCT DETAILS
THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES THE DRILL BASE MOUNT AND THE EXT-01 EXTENSION PLATE, A 1/4 X 20 STUD THAT WILL THREAD INTO YOUR ICOM BRACET, AND OUR LM-1201 MIC HOLDER. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED THE ICOM REMOTE HEAD BRAKET FOR THIS MOUNT TO WORK FOR YOU. IF YOU HAVE AN IC-706 YOU WILL NEED THE MB-63, THE IC-7000 YOU WILL NEED THE MB-105, ID-4100 YOU WILL NEED THE MB-8. IF YOU HAVE A IC-2820 OR ID-880 THE REMOTE HEAD BRACKET IS INCLUDED WITH THOSE RADIOS.
The base can be drilled into solid, flat surfaces, such as walls, tables, and workbenches. The AMPS pattern consists of four holes located in a rectangular pattern spaced at 30.17mm x 38.05mm (measured as the center-to-center distance between holes). This tough mount is also ideal for mobile radio holders, housings, and other devices used by public safety, construction, and utility applications. This package includes only the Heavy-Duty 4-Hole AMPS Mount with 4-Hole AMPS Head. This tough, low-vibration mount measures 5.25 inches high from end to end and is made of a combination of nylon and fiber. The arm of the mount swivels on both the top and the bottom, providing 360-degree rotation and the ultimate flexibility in positioning the device at any angle. -
