The L-MAX-PRO has height and angle adjustments to get the perfect viewing location for your device. There are multiple optional attachments available for the L-MAX-PRO to attach almost any Amateur radio transceiver, commercial two-way radio, GMRS radio, smart-phone, tablet, laptop, or combination of devices.
With the flip of a lever you can adjust the L-MAX from 15" to 32" by adjusting the bottom telescoping tube along with the angle at any of the 3 adjustment points.
This makes it the perfect mount for multiple devices in a wide range of vehicle sizes from sub-compact cars to semi-trucks.
The L-MAX-PRO construction is made with high quality materials
The tubing is made with 30mm lightweight, but strong aluminum with a smooth finish. The tubing is joined together at the base, and in the middle with metal teeth locking joints for a secure hold, and no "drooping"over time, even with heavier devices. The upper joint has a ball and socket design which offers maximum flexibility to get the perfect view. The L-MAX-PRO mounting ball and 4 hole AMPS face plate are made of metal, not plastic.
With the flip of a lever you can remove the L-MAX-PRO from your vehicle to make room for other stuff, or move it to another vehicle. You can purchase extra mounting bases, install them in other vehicles and quickly take your L-MAX-PRO from vehicle to vehicle. Unfortunately vehicle manufacturers have not come up with a standard for attaching a seat to a vehicle...so we include several mounting brackets. One designed for a seat-rail, one for bolts that are at an angle, and one that can be attached to the old fashioned bolt coming up from the floor. Want to drill it down? The L-MAX-PRO uses a 4 hole AMPS system that allows for the attachment of multiple brackets and holders.
